Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, select, and hire top talent to fill vacant positions.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation and conducting orientations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
The HR Specialist will work in a fast-paced office environment with minimal supervision. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
