As a key member of the franchise team, the Franchise Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and manage franchising opportunities, ensuring the overall success of both the franchisor and franchisee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new franchisees, fostering a strong brand presence.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential areas for launching new franchisees, presenting findings to the CEO for informed decision-making.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with franchisees, finalizing deals that align with company objectives.
  • Oversee the launch and development of franchises, adhering to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
  • Collaborate on the creation of Franchise Business Plans, outlining clear goals and objectives.
  • Monitor financial performance and revenue targets, analyzing Profit & Loss statements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between franchisees and the franchisor, addressing concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Design and implement sales and marketing tools, developing promotional activities to support franchisees.
  • Evaluate and enhance service delivery standards, ensuring alignment with Company customer policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Selling: Strong concepts, business strategy, corporate services, marketing, and PR skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Communication: Effective presentations, inter-office coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Personality: Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication, and a professional demeanor.
  • Analytical: In-depth understanding of franchisor businesses and the ability to match franchisee requirements with franchisor vision.
  • Track Record: A go-getter mindset, persistence, results-oriented, and the ability to achieve revenue targets, with a proven track record.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in store/franchise development and management, with a solid understanding of the industry.
  • Outlook: Long-term career focus, high ethical standards, integrity, dependability, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Leadership: Multi-tasked with leadership skills, a hunger for growth, and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Organization: Proficient in profiling, time, and resource management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • PC: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), internet, and social networking platforms.
