This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior People Operations Analyst.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Handle and resolve employee inquiries related to reimbursements, payroll, benefits, and other HR matters promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate with service providers to collect and submit payroll-related data, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and delivering accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and external technology solutions, as well as internal employee records.
  • Support employees through all stages of their employment lifecycle, providing access to relevant information and resources.
  • Offer guidance to employees and managers on People Team policies, procedures, systems, and tools.
  • Participate in initiatives celebrating employee milestones and anniversaries.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts to enhance HR efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for key people processes and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in a People Operations role with a solid understanding of local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Desirable: Experience in managing People operations within a multinational or global organization.
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM and Report Writer.
  • An energetic, proactive, and highly organized individual thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with JIRA system.
