International Trade Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Export Manager to join our team. As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the international shipment of goods.
You will work closely with various stakeholders, including shippers, agents, and vendors, to ensure that shipments are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
- Monitor the quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
- Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems.
- Analyse data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
- Allocate and manage staff resources according to changing needs.
- Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers.
- Develop business by gaining new contracts, analysing logistical problems, and producing new solutions.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and supervisory skills.
- Ability to supervise employees working shifts.
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with dispatch environment.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Customer service experience.
