Job Description
">- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably from an Accounting or Finance background.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist in managing accounts, processing transactions, performing reconciliations, and tracking activities to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in processing accounts receivable and accounts payable information.
- Develop monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and statements of cash flow.
- Assist in processing payroll accurately and on schedule.
- Support the preparation and filing of tax documents and compliance reports.
- Monitor and manage fund disbursements, reimbursements, and cash flow tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
- Working knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with fund or cash flow management preferred.
- Exposure or interest in operational functions, with the ability to train under Operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively across teams.
