The ideal candidate will have experience in financial reporting, accounting, and analysis.

  1. Financial Reporting: Perform month-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and reports for various business units.
  2. Analysis and Interpretation: Prepare analyses for quarterly reviews, year-end audit, and annual report.
  3. Reporting and Communication: Present financial results to senior management and prepare monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monthly Closing Activities: Ensure timely completion of month-end closing tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reports.
  2. Quarterly Reviews: Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management.
  3. Year-End Audit: Assist in the preparation of financial statements for the annual audit.
  4. Ad Hoc Assignments: Complete special projects as assigned by senior management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial analysis.
  • CA qualified and public accounting experience preferred.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
