Research and Development Lead

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our research and development efforts. As a Research and Development Lead, you will be responsible for driving innovation and product development.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to bring new products to market. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, as well as identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product development opportunities
  4. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  5. Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in product development and leadership roles
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and launching new products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
