Leadership Position: Business Strategy Director

We are seeking a seasoned Business Strategy Director to lead our high-profile brand accounts and drive creative excellence.

About the Role:

This is a strategic business partner role that requires significant experience in the advertising industry. You will be responsible for leading integrated campaigns across multiple channels, developing platform-neutral strategies, and driving organic business growth within existing accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Brand Relationship and build long-term client relationships based on trust and consistent value delivery.
  • Serve as the strategic business partner for key clients and spearhead integrated campaigns across TV, digital, print, and activations.
  • Approach brand challenges with a solution-first mindset, not limited by media silos, and grow business and teams.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of national campaigns, content plans, and productions, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of creativity and strategic alignment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a core advertising agency role, with proven expertise in managing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
  • A strong grasp of brand strategy and the end-to-end agency process, effective leadership and mentorship capabilities, and excellent communication, client management, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with regional or international brands is highly valued, but this position is not suitable for candidates seeking on-the-job training.
