Job Title: Senior Business Development Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue from biometric systems.
  • Negotiate and close corporate deals with key outsourcers and offshore vendors.
  • Ensure product inventory and ordering are in place.
  • Maintain networking and architecture that meet our product needs.
  • Build recurring revenue streams with strategic government biometric products.
  • Manage sales teams, set goals, and track performance.
  • Assist field sales organizations in increasing business with partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in biometrics or sales management.
  • Proven track record in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational, self-motivation, and self-management skills.
  • Able to travel extensively throughout Pakistan.
