Job Title: Mechanical Operations Supervisor

The primary goal of the Mechanical Operations Supervisor is to guarantee the availability and maintenance of all critical units within a plant. This includes organizing services to meet production requirements, ensuring flawless operation through preventive and predictive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and executing shutdown jobs.

Main responsibilities include monitoring annual revenue targets, managing stock levels of spare parts, estimating and preparing capital and special maintenance budgets, and ensuring safe job execution to minimize risks. Additionally, the Mechanical Operations Supervisor must ensure a disciplined workforce, train, develop, and motivate staff to meet job requirements and achieve departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
