Job Title: Mechanical Operations LeadJob Description:

The Mechanical Operations Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance activities of Sheet Metal and Injection Molding. This includes monitoring daily breakdowns, reporting to the production manager, and ensuring the proper execution of the maintenance team as per requirements.

  • This involves creating and implementing preventive maintenance plans, ensuring their execution and monitoring on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
  • The position requires maintaining up-to-date records of maintenance-related data and presenting it to management whenever required.
  • Additionally, the Mechanical Operations Lead analyzes machine downtime, takes preventive measures to reduce it on a monthly basis, and develops machine-wise maintenance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination with concerned departments for smooth production and better maintenance service.
  • Ensuring all staff within the section is aware of quality and safety standards.
  • Maintaining 6S conditions within the section.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
  • Hydraulics and Machine Values are also essential skills for this role.
