Job Opportunity: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our analytics department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in E-commerce analytics and product attribution modeling, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop multi-touch attribution models, customer segmentation, and product affinity scoring.
  • Analyze customer behavior and user journeys across the E-commerce funnel using first-party and third-party data.
  • Develop machine learning models to predict purchase likelihood, LTV, churn, and product recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design experiments and track KPIs.
  • Clean, aggregate, and model large-scale structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Communicate findings through visualizations, dashboards, and presentations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/ Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in E-commerce, retail tech, or digital marketplaces.
  • Proven expertise in product attribution models, conversion path analysis, and marketing mix modeling.
  • Proficient in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL.
  • Experience with ML libraries (XGBoost, LightGBM, TensorFlow, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and causal inference techniques.
