As a seasoned business growth specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue expansion and establishing strategic partnerships with key clients.
We are seeking a results-driven professional with 2–3 years of experience in business development. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying new opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue high-value projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn. Develop customized strategies to win projects and drive revenue growth.
- Proposal Writing: Create tailored proposals that highlight your expertise and past successes. Address client needs effectively to maximize project conversions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with potential and existing clients. Respond promptly to client queries and negotiate project terms.
- Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide actionable feedback to enhance service offerings and bidding strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze bid success rates and client acquisition metrics. Prepare performance reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience: 2–3 years in business development or a similar role, with a proven track record on Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
- Skills: Excellent English communication (both written and verbal). Strong understanding of IT services (Web Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing). Proficiency in crafting compelling proposals and negotiating effectively. Ability to analyze client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
