Job Title: Relationship Development Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to establish and maintain strong relationships with our business partners in the region. Your primary responsibility will be to identify opportunities for growth and development, negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, and promote our products through effective sales strategies.

Sales Strategy:

You will work closely with our team to develop and execute sales plans that meet the needs of our clients and drive revenue growth. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Staff Training:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing training and support to our staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. This will involve developing and delivering training programs, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

Channel Management:

You will be responsible for managing our relationships with our channel partners, including negotiating agreements, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication. This will involve working closely with our internal teams, as well as external stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and effective execution.

Publicity and Promotion:

We are seeking a creative and innovative professional to help us develop and implement effective publicity and promotion strategies. This will involve brainstorming ideas, developing content, and collaborating with our marketing team to bring our message to life.

Requirements:

  1. College Degree or Above: We require a minimum college degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  2. Teamwork Spirit: As a key member of our team, you must possess excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  3. Geographical Knowledge: You should have a good understanding of the geographical environment of Pakistan, including its distribution of Internet bars and other relevant market trends.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
