This Training Facilitator will deliver impactful training and professional learning experiences to associates in the U.S. healthcare and insurance domain.


Responsibilities include conducting live virtual webinars and interactive training sessions on systems, processes, workflows, and soft skills.


Facilitating role-specific onboarding, orientation, and customer-specific training for new hires is also required.


Leveraging technology, AI tools, and healthcare platforms to enhance the training experience is essential.

Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3–5+ years' experience in talent development, training delivery, facilitation, or related roles is preferred.
  • A solid understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows and compliance standards is preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills are required.
  • High energy, extroverted presence, and ability to motivate learners in dynamic environments are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management abilities are necessary.
