Job Title:

Technical Lead Software Engineer

Overview:

As a seasoned software professional, we are seeking a skilled technical lead to oversee the development of cutting-edge applications.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop and deploy scalable web and mobile solutions utilizing React (front-end) and React Native (mobile).

  2. Architect front-end and mobile solutions adhering to modern design principles and patterns.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  4. Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices in software design, testing, and maintainability.

  5. Mentor junior engineers to promote technical excellence within the organization.

  6. Develop and integrate backend services using RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

  7. Optimize application performance through advanced techniques such as memoization and lazy loading.

  8. Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and environment management in collaboration with DevOps teams.

  9. Engage in system design discussions and architectural reviews.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  2. 8-10 years of experience in software development, including roles such as Technical Lead or similar full-stack development positions.

  3. Hands-on experience with React, including functional components, Hooks, Context API, and state management using MobX. Familiarity with MVVM architecture.

  4. Proficiency in TypeScript and hands-on experience with at least one backend language.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and environment setup.

  2. Native mobile development skills, including performance debugging and crash resolution.

  3. Knowledge of real-time communication using SignalR, including client-side integration in React and React Native.
