About the Role:
As an Outbound Lead Generator, you will play a key role in driving business growth by establishing connections with potential customers across the UK. This position requires a strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as the ability to clearly explain the benefits of energy efficiency solutions and renewable energy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to homeowners and tenants in the UK.
  • Explain the advantages of ECO4 and GBIS schemes, and identify potential customers who meet eligibility criteria.
  • Convert calls into leads and arrange appointments for assessment or installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets while working closely with the sales and assessment teams.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Fluency in English with a UK or Scottish accent is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with ECO4/GBIS or similar UK energy schemes is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call documentation.
  • A professional and polite phone manner.
