Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and drivenOutbound Call Center Agentto generate high-quality leads by contacting potential customers across the UK. You will be the first point of contact, introducing customers to our retrofit solutions, explaining benefits, and identifying interest in our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to UK-based homeowners and tenants.
- Clearly explain the benefits of ECO4 and GBIS schemes.
- Qualify customers based on eligibility criteria.
- Convert calls into leads and set up appointments for assessment/installation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets.
- Follow call scripts while adjusting tone and messaging to suit different callers.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and assessment teams to ensure smooth handovers.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experiencein outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation, preferably inenergy efficiency,renewables, orhome improvementsectors.
- Fluent inEnglishwith aUK or Scottish accenthighly preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of ECO4 / GBIS or similar UK energy schemes is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call documentation.
- Professional, polite, and proactive phone manner.
