Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team, focusing on Industrial Relations and Employee Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining positive employee relations, managing conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Employee Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, addressing their concerns, and resolving conflicts.
  2. Industrial Relations: Manage interactions with labor unions, workers' organizations, and government agencies to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  3. Labor Law Compliance: Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance.
  4. Disciplinary Actions: Assist in investigating and resolving disciplinary cases, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  5. Grievance Handling: Develop and implement an effective grievance handling mechanism to address employee concerns.
  6. Training and Development: Collaborate with the training team to design and deliver training programs on ER&IR-related topics.
  7. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports and analyze data on ER&IR metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on ER&IR.
  • A strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
