Title: People & Performance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an People & Performance Executive to join our dynamic team at Nexius. This role is focused on people management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. As an People & Performance Executive , you will be responsible for implementing effective HR strategies and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a supportive and inclusive company culture.
  • Develop and manage recognition programs to celebrate employee milestones and achievements.
  • Performance Management:
  • Assist in the administration of performance reviews and goal setting with team leads and managers.
  • Support employees in their development by identifying training opportunities and growth paths.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, keeping the HR policies up to date.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data privacy regulations.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related queries and paperwork.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal training programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Support employees in accessing external professional development opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must-Have Skills & Qualities:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR role, ideally as an People & Performance Executive or similar position.
  • Understanding of HR practices, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative and cross-functional environment.
  • Preferred but Not Required:
  • Experience with payroll software and benefits management.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance regulations.

The timing for this role is 12 PM to 9 PM PKT (Mon-Fri)
