Job Description

As the Assistant Manager Customer Success at Software Finder Careers, you'll be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of Sales Development Specialists towards exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets. Your role will involve fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring that our sales team delivers exceptional results.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in team and resource management, showcasing the ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve and surpass targets. They should have demonstrated understanding and substantial previous work experience in analytics, encompassing the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive sales strategies effectively.

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Drive operational efficiency and ensure sales team success
  • Mentor and support team members in honing their sales skills and achieving their professional goals
  • Utilize our tech stack to utmost efficiency: HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Resource Inn

Additionally, they must possess advanced English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools is also required.
