About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager – Finance Services to oversee a diverse team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, resource allocation, employee retention, and achieving desired results. This role reports to the Managing Director via the EVP Finance & Operations and the Manager Finance Services.

  • Collaborate with senior management and HR to develop a comprehensive strategy for recruitment, resource allocation, retention, and results.
  • Work closely with the Manager Finance Services to understand the company's hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Coordinate with recruiters to find suitable candidates for available positions.
  • Sustain strong relationships with onshore and local managers to enhance communication and support departmental needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and track all open positions within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with HR to maintain a pool of active candidates for frequent and similar job openings.
  • Drive technical skills assessments for recruitment activities.
  • Support the non-technical skills analysis component of recruitment activities in conjunction with the HR department.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices relevant to the roles being managed.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • An advanced degree in accounting, finance, business management, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on ongoing personnel management.
  • Strong background in recruiting research, hiring, coaching, and managing personnel.
  • At least some experience as a team leader or manager, delivering non-technical mentorship and personnel management guidance.
