We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Customer Support Analyst to join our global team. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent service to clients using our software products and other offerings.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing product knowledge to existing clients, suggesting upgrades, and ensuring they understand how to use our software effectively.
- Documenting, tracking, and monitoring client issues to ensure timely resolutions.
- Participating in identifying areas for improvement based on customer feedback and proactively ensuring systems and processes run smoothly.
The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
