Job Title: Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Support Specialist to excel in our team.

This role combines customer service and sales duties, where you will handle leads, assist customers with their bookings, and provide exceptional support throughout their transport experience.

  • Lead Management:

  • Customer Support:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking, ensuring seamless communication throughout their transport journey.
    • Resolve any customer issues or concerns related to transport services, providing prompt and effective solutions.
    • Assist customers with any changes, cancellations, or questions related to their bookings or trips.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to post-sales support.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting any issues and ensuring timely resolutions.
