Job Title: Customer Service Advocate
At our Lahore, Pakistan office, we're seeking a Customer Service Advocate to deliver exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, and chat. Key responsibilities include:
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve queries and concerns.
  • Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders for timely and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Handle customer requests in accordance with company-set standards, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide accurate and knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, showcasing excellent product expertise.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision and speed.
  • Manage salary and commissions according to company policies.
  • Offer incentives and performance-based bonuses to motivate top performers.
  • This is a full-time position requiring on-site attendance at DHA Phase 3 in Lahore.
  • The working hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM, providing a comfortable work-life balance.
  • Maintain up-to-date product information to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Key Requirements:
  • Proficiency with computers, particularly Excel, with excellent typing skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with some years of service.
