Job Title: Accounts Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to provide support and ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Provide project coordination support, including scheduling, planning, and implementation.
- Resolving project-related issues between clients and workers.
- Assist in project trainings as per requirement.
- Support with current client interviews.
- Social Media Management:
- Adding active clients to relevant social media profiles.
- Engaging with active and potential clients consistently.
- Posting on relevant profiles regularly.
- Writing content:
- Writing 2 articles per month driving traffic to CEO's personal profile as well as company's profile.
- Writing 2 service-related articles per month driving traffic to company's profiles.
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in communication, marketing, or business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated experience in providing assistance with project coordination, client management, training, and issue resolution.
- Experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of current trends.
- Proficient in research and content writing.
- Prior working experience in call center or staffing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience with international clients based out of the USA, Canada, and Europe.
- Good understanding of call center and BPO terminologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google sheets.
- Excellent client-facing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, detail-oriented, smart, punctual, and a team player.
Full-time shifts: 5 PM to 1 AM Pakistan Standard Time (Monday to Friday) with a 1-hour break.
Part-time shifts: 7 PM to 12 AM Pakistan Standard Time (Monday to Friday) with a 1-hour break.
