  • Proactively approach potential candidates on online platforms to identify top talent for various roles.
  • Foster relationships with passive candidates to attract suitable candidates for current and future positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective strategies.
  • Screen and qualify candidates to ensure a strong fit for current and future roles.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices to enhance overall talent acquisition efforts.

We seek:

  • A degree in German languages or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English to effectively engage with candidates.
  • Technical expertise with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivation, organization, and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
  • Contribution to the growth and success of the organization by building a talented workforce.
