  5. Keep accurate records of candidates, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in sales, outreach, or research-driven roles.
  • Strong ability to assess communication skills and productivity potential.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
  • Experience with cold calling or lead generation is a plus, but not required.
