Key responsibilities of this role include building a pipeline of top-notch sales candidates for various positions within the organization, using social media networks to identify and engage with potential candidates, reviewing online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen applicants, collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to source suitable candidates, and measuring and reporting on recruiting metrics.

To be successful in this position, you will need at least 2 years of experience as a Sourcer, proficiency in using Greenhouse, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good time-management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
