Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Financial Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring timely and quality delivery of services. This role reports to the Partner/COO and requires a self-motivated individual who can independently take action to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Work closely with our Client Relationship Manager or the client's Executive Management to understand and obtain financial operational objectives for each client and project.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Review, submit, and discuss management deliverables related to secured client business, as well as prepare and report management deliverables at regular intervals.
  • Process Improvement: Maintain control over Business Processes within the requisite domain, eliminate Process Gaps, and ensure team members adhere to relevant practice areas.
  • Team Leadership: Motivate and direct FAO managers to meet organizational and corporate objectives, coordinate, monitor, and review operations to ensure development of people and deployment of systems and processes.
  • Business Development: Develop finance strategy and organizational development for the FAO Practice, plan and execute business integration along with ERP software selection and implementation, conduct feasibility analysis for new clients or special projects.
