Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive budgets that serve as a foundation for financial success, taking into account all relevant factors and incorporating financial best practices.
  2. Track financial results regularly, compare them to key financial targets, and provide insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  3. Prepare accurate cost estimates and plans, providing necessary reporting, documentation, and financial assessments to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Prepare financial information, including revenues, expenditures, and cash management, to ensure all operations are within budget, providing insights for efficient financial management.
  5. Implement measures to optimize project costs, ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets, leading to proactive cost control measures and efficient spending.
  6. Evaluate budget proposals and financial requests for viability, providing insights into the financial feasibility of proposed projects.
  7. Supervise a team of finance professionals, developing a collaborative and high-performing work environment, resulting in motivated and effective team contributions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in finance, preferably in a senior role.
  • PEC registration is mandatory.
