Job Opportunity: Financial Reporting Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Accountant to support our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform monthly closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and reports for various business units.
- Prepare analyses for quarterly reviews, year-end audit, and annual report.
- Deliver high-quality financial reports to senior management and business partners.
- Presents financial results to senior management.
- Coordinate the preparation of financials for statutory audits.
- Review and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with various groups within and outside the department on questions, training, and other matters.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments and projects as requested.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- CA/ACCA qualification and public accounting experience preferred.
- Critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to learn quickly and apply accounting principles to new and varied transactions.
- Process-oriented with a passion for developing best practices.
- Proficient in Excel, analytical, organizational, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive; able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
