Quality Assurance ExpertiseWe are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, agile methodologies, and AI-driven solutions.Responsibilities
  • Test Automation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement agile testing techniques and best practices throughout the QA team.
  • AI-Assisted Testing: Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process.
  • Automation Frameworks: Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills in building and nurturing high-performing teams, with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • QA Leadership Experience: Proven experience (8+ years) in a QA leadership or management role, with a focus on test automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Agile Testing Techniques: Extensive experience of implementing agile testing techniques and best practices.
  • Automation Frameworks: Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, etc.).
  • Ai-Assisted Testing: Hands-on experience with AI techniques applied to QA automation (e.g., AI-driven testing, anomaly detection, predictive analytics).
  • Cloud-Based Testing: Familiarity with cloud-based testing and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • AI/ML Tools: Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools for test automation, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other relevant libraries.
  • Test Management Tools: Strong experience with test management and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo, Testrail).
  • Testing Frameworks: Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Mocha.
  • Performance Testing: Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
  • Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Relevant certification (in scrum, agile, or agile testing)
