Job Description

We seek a skilled professional to fill the role of Project and Product Manager, responsible for leading complex initiatives and driving project success.

  • Prepare project plans and resource estimates.
  • Manage project resources and timelines.
  • Conduct performance reviews and monitor staff performance.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Understand technology, operations, and business interdependencies.
  • Maintain quality control and resolve quality issues.
  • Support engagement contract management and negotiations.
  • Delegate tasks and supervise project teams.
  • Coach and mentor project team members.
  • Foster effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with users and clients to define product requirements.
  • Develop a clear product vision and roadmap.
  • Manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks.
  • Oversee product creation, design, and development.
  • Evaluate product progress and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or relevant work experience.
