Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to handle various aspects of cargo transshipment and delivery, ensuring seamless logistics operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary contact for all corporate customers, maintaining open communication channels and resolving queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with carriers and agents to track vessel arrivals and container release status.
  • Supervise and handle cargo transshipment and delivery queries, providing prompt solutions to customers.
  • Monitor cargo status from arrival at CFS to final delivery, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
