Job Title:

    Human Resources Strategist


About the Role:

The Organization is looking for a talented HR professional to lead its Human Resource Department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the whole HR department and its functions from scratch, ensuring legal compliance throughout the HRM process, implementing training and development plans, and supporting management in devising critical business strategy.

This is a full-time position that offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the organization's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of IT industry experience, age 30 and above, and proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.

Requirements:

  • Develop the whole HR dept. and its functions from scratch.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout the HRM.
  • Implement training and development plans.
  • Supports management in devising critical business strategy.
