We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to drive the organization's human resources function forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data critically to inform decision-making.
  • Effectively manage records using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Nurture strong relationships with employees and stakeholders through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment law and minimize risks by staying up-to-date with relevant regulations.
  • Deliver results efficiently in fast-paced environments to meet deadlines.
  • Streamline processes and improve efficiency by utilizing experience in HRIS, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Contribute to the success of our clients in the automotive industry with a solid understanding of working in Manufacturing.
Requirements
  • MBA, MPA, or MHRM degree from a reputable institution is required.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the manufacturing sector, is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is crucial.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary for this role.
