Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant, located in Karāchi. The HR Consultant will be responsible for advising on HR policies, hiring and managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employees and employment law, and developing HR strategies. Day-to-day tasks include the process of hiring; conducting interviews, managing employee records, and providing training and development programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
