Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable software architecture using Infrastructure as Code.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Terraform, as well as strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills.

This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable Kubernetes infrastructure for various services, optimizing Kubernetes cluster performance and resource utilization, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring site reliability of the infrastructure, and maintaining disaster recovery plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in setting up scalable architectures and systems, including caching, message queues, databases, microservices, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes concepts like pods, services, deployments, and secrets.
  • Experience in containerizing applications with Docker.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python or Bash.
  • 3+ years of experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform (Azure experience preferred) and other cloud technologies like AWS.
  • Ability to set up monitoring, logging, and alerting for Kubernetes clusters.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices, including Kubernetes networking and pod security policies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI/CD or Jenkins.
