A seasoned professional is required to oversee recovery operations and develop strategies for effective case resolution.

The ideal candidate will conduct thorough investigations into theft and snatch cases, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses in the field.

To be successful, the individual must establish and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, including the police, ACLC, MP, and other relevant bodies.

A critical aspect of this role is preparing and submitting detailed reports on all theft, snatch, and misplaced cases, providing actionable insights for future improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To lead recovery operations and design strategies for effective case resolution.
  2. To investigate theft and snatch cases thoroughly, collecting evidence and conducting witness interviews.
  3. To build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, enhancing collaboration and cooperation.
  4. To prepare and submit comprehensive reports on theft, snatch, and misplaced cases, driving continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, courage, and confidence in high-pressure situations, along with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.

They should be capable of handling complex field recoveries and conducting in-depth inquiries and investigations.

Retired police or armed forces officers are encouraged to apply, given their existing experience and expertise in security and law enforcement.
