Job Title: Administrative Support Officer

Responsibilities
  • Office Administration

Vendor Management

They will travel frequently to visit vendors, suppliers, and external sites to manage relationships and oversee service delivery.

Liaison with Vendors

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between us and vendors to negotiate contracts, oversee deliveries, and follow up on service agreements.

Record Keeping and Office Supplies

They will maintain organized records and manage office supplies efficiently to support ongoing operations and minimize interruptions.

Logistics and Procurement

The candidate will support logistics and procurement activities by coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of necessary resources.

Communication

They will draft professional emails and maintain crucial documentation to facilitate effective internal and external communications.

Reporting

The successful candidate will handle basic reporting, utilizing computer tools and software such as Excel, to provide insights into operational performance.

Process Improvement

They will assist in setting up new processes and initiatives to enhance productivity and address operational challenges inherent in a growing organization.
