
Administration Specialist

Position Purpose
Specialist Administration will support in all administrative tasks or as assigned by the line Manager. They will support the admin to ensure smooth operations of the center, including facility management, logistics, and operations.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage HR Operations for the Centre, including development of job descriptions and advertisement of vacancies, facilitating interviews and hiring process, as well as orientation of new staff. Facilitate staff clearance and final settlement.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, travel, and accommodation arrangements.
- Coordinate with the procurement department for fulfilling the Centre's purchase requirements.
- Manage Centre's space, ensuring a clean environment and availability of required services through the office staff and LCE.
- Extending support in organizing internal and corporate events, including but not limited to overseeing all logistical details, refreshments, transportation, and accommodation.
- Extending logistical and coordination support to all LCE teams (Learning & Development, Marketing and Partnerships & and Projects team).
- Support in facilitating Plug N Play companies, including liaising with all relevant departments, including legal for contract finalization and facilitation.
- Manage general maintenance of LCE by coordinating in-house with LUMS offices, as well as external contractors to complete the Centre's repair and maintenance.
- Manage all communications with vigilance on the arrival and exit of guests for all events and in routine visits.
- Assist in reviewing processes within LCE and help in drafting SOPs/ Policies when required.

Qualification
- Master of Science in Project Management or other related field. (18 Years of Education).
Experience
- 3 years of work experience in administration and business operations.
Travel/Work Schedule
- Travel may be required. Business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) often extend into the evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of current workloads and event schedules.
