Client Support Associate

You are a problem-solver, a liaison between our clients and our business intelligence tools. In this role, you will be the face of our organization for our clients, answering their queries, and showcasing your extensive knowledge of our tools, data, and industries we cover.

About the Job

The Client Operations team is responsible for delivering exceptional client support on our business intelligence tool. As a member of this team, you will hold investigative conversations with clients, drive product usage and revenue, and work collaboratively with different teams inside the organization.

Our global presence in the US, Philippines, and Pakistan makes it a truly international team. You will have the opportunity to learn in-depth industry knowledge, produce research, and develop technical skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide support via phone, email, and other mediums, answering client queries and resolving issues.
  • Product Enhancement: Make suggestions regarding product usability, presentation, and data quality to improve client experience.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Partner with product teams for timely and thorough testing of our products, focusing on the client experience.
  • Collaboration and Project Work: Collaborate with Senior Associates on projects to improve and develop subject matter expertise, including data pulls and editorial support.
  • Template Building and Research: Partner with clients to identify template opportunities and guide them through our template-building process, providing research and analysis support as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate and use common computer programs.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong financial knowledge or knowledge of the global economy.

Additional Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a client support role.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with business intelligence tools.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
