Hematology Laboratory Professional

We are looking for a skilled laboratory professional to undertake various tasks in the hematology department.
Key Responsibilities:- Laboratory Testing: Perform coagulation tests on automated analyzers and ensure accurate results, identifying any potential issues.
- Hematology Analysis: Conduct daily quality control runs on automated hematology analyzers and interpret results with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Microscopy and Staining: Prepare peripheral smears, perform microscopy, and morphology analysis, including special stains on bone marrow smear slides (PAS, SBB, IRON STAINS).
- Reagent Preparation: Prepare reagents as needed, adhering to established protocols and quality standards.
- Quality Control: Regularly check quality control samples to ensure accurate test results and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Biological Sciences is preferred.
- At least one year of work experience in Hematology is desirable, although we may consider candidates with relevant training or certifications.
