Key Responsibilities:- Review audit trails and take necessary actions
- Compile reports and share with management for corrective actions
- Manage refund payment process
- Resolve patient queries
- Monitor daily transactions
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- At least two years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good typing speed and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office package
