Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team, specializing in app and web development sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with specific expertise in the tech industry.

About the Role

This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to help businesses grow and achieve their digital goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities in the app and web sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions from our service portfolio.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about the latest trends and competitors in the USA/UK market.
  • Presenting and demonstrating our development services to potential clients.
  • Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts, providing feedback to management on market trends.
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in app or web development services.
  • In-depth knowledge of the USA market, including key industry players, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
