Public Engagement Director Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director (Public Engagement) to lead our public relations and community engagement efforts.

  • Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in public relations, community engagement, media planning, and campaign management at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of successful campaign management and media relations.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of multimedia campaigns to raise public awareness about NADRA's services and initiatives.

This includes identifying key stakeholders and target audiences, managing outreach efforts to ensure effective communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:Public Awareness Campaigns

The Director (Public Engagement) will develop and execute multimedia campaigns to increase public awareness about our services and initiatives.

This involves identifying key stakeholders and target audiences, managing outreach efforts to ensure effective communication and engagement.

Communication Training

The Director (Public Engagement) will provide communication and media training to employees, preparing them for media interactions and interviews.

This will involve facilitating public consultations, online and physical meetings, surveys, and focus groups to gather valuable feedback on policies and projects.

Digital Presence

The successful candidate will manage digital platforms, including social media, to foster public interaction and maintain a positive online presence.

This includes drafting press releases, managing media relations, and acting as our spokesperson, ensuring timely and accurate communication with the public.

Performance Monitoring

The Director (Public Engagement) will monitor and assess the impact of public engagement efforts, providing regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.

This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different departments and teams.
