About the Role

A seasoned financial professional will provide timely advisory support and partner with other functions to address business issues. The role combines on-demand financial advisory support with proactive outreach based on financial metrics and exception reporting.

As a valued team member, you will ensure high standards of financial management and expertise across client engagements, while acting as a trusted business advisor.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate regularly with regional service line teams to oversee analytics processes and identify engagement teams requiring outreach.
  • Offer guidance on local policy and leading practices.
  • Facilitate training for client-serving teams on financial management best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues across borders.
  • Coach and problem-solve with more junior team members to develop their skills.
Support Client Engagement Teams
  • Review pricing plans and advise on GDS leverage targets.
  • Ensure engagement teams are prepared for client negotiations from a financial perspective.
  • Advise on selecting the correct client entity for opportunities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and proactively seek improvements.
Analytic and Decision-Making Capabilities
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to identify partners/engagement teams needing outreach.
  • Making timely, accurate decisions to ensure responses are provided on a one-stop basis.
  • Guide new users with empathy and soft skills to achieve the best outcomes.
Requirements for Success
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a client-driven professional environment in a financial/business capacity.
  • Experience working with customers remotely, empathetically resolving problems under pressure.
