Visual Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Lead to join our team.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a talented visual storyteller with a flair for creating eye-catching designs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creation of high-impact 2D Animation, Motion and visual design assets across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation of visual design assets that drive engagement and retention.
  • Develop and refine creative prompts for AI image generation and visual storytelling.
  • Conduct research into brand positioning, user behavior, design trends, and competitor strategies.
  • Oversee and guide visual consistency across campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, strategy, and product teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, or art direction with a strong digital portfolio.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Practical experience with AI tools and platforms for image generation, video editing, or prompt-based creative workflows.
  • Strong grasp of prompt engineering to generate high-quality visual outputs using AI tools.
  • Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, color theory, and branding.
