Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and at least 2 years of experience as an office manager or similar role.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the office schedule and ensure timely completion of tasks
  2. Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging resources and materials
  3. Handle correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
  4. Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  5. Oversee the work of administrative staff
  6. Assist with budget management
  7. Generate reports, memos, and presentations as needed
  8. Communicate with clients and partners as needed

Essential Skills:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of budgeting processes
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles
